Founder of POSH Safe Workplaces and Curious Catalyst,Pallavi Sankhe is a corporate trainer, POSH and DEI consultant with over 20 years of experience, including 14+ years in learning and development.

She is a certified POSH professional and External Member for Internal Committees across organisations, with deep expertise in handling workplace sensitivity and compliance. Known for her practical, engaging training style, she has worked with diverse organisations across sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, helping them move beyond compliance to build safer and more inclusive cultures.
