Honestly, it was a very insightful experience. Both the days were full of learning, but what stood out the most were the case study and the discussion on it and the real-life examples you and everyone shared.
It gave a clear picture of how an inquiry actually happens in real situations and how things are handled step by step. The discussions made everything feel very practical and not just theoretical.
I now have a much better understanding of the role of an external member and everything that goes into handling a POSH complaint.
